Amanda Van Slyke is the founder of FLURT, a publication aiming to be the first socially conscious women's magazine on mainstream stands. She's also a freelance writer for various publications such as XOJane and Edmonton Woman Magazine as well as the creator of The PMDD Project, an upcoming documentary about women with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder around the world.
